Wendy Sawtell

Clinical Psychologist

With over 26 years of clinical experience, Wendy has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, individuals, and couples through a wide array of challenges — from depression and anxiety to relationship dynamics and parenting support.

Her extensive background also includes significant expertise in assisting clients with third-party claims, such as CTP and WorkCover cases.

Wendy places a strong emphasis on the power of the therapeutic relationship, seeing it as the cornerstone of meaningful progress and positive change. She believes that personal growth and empowerment start with understanding one's mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns and then building proactive strategies for self-management.

She is especially passionate about supporting the well-being of the entire family unit, focusing on equipping parents to nurture their children's health and resilience. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Wendy brings a rich, culturally attuned perspective to her practice.

Shayma Almoty

Consulting Psychologist

Shayma is a registered psychologist and a published author in the fields of psychology, religion, and well-being. She works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, guiding them through life's psychological challenges with a compassionate and insightful approach.

She has a particular passion for relationship and family counseling, supporting victims of abuse, and addressing the unique school and home-based issues faced by teens today.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Shayma is highly skilled in medico-legal reporting and has extensive experience with workers' compensation and CTP claims, having supported injured clients throughout much of her career. Her blend of clinical insight and strong medico-legal expertise makes her a valuable resource for clients navigating complex systems.

Consulting Psychologist

Hana, a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience, specializes in working with both children and adults. She brings particular expertise in helping parents and young families develop effective parenting skills, manage behavioral challenges, and address mental health concerns like anxiety and depression.

Hana is known for her warm, personable approach and for creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their challenges.

In addition, she has extensive experience supporting clients dealing with chronic illness and navigating the complexities of CTP and WorkCover claims, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate support throughout those processes.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy aims to identify and resolve roadblocks to mental health and wellbeing to enhance your quality of life and personal effectiveness. Your therapist will help you identify valued therapeutic goals and outline a treatment plan based on evidence based treatments.These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy.

Child & Adolescent

Our Occupational Therapists are dedicated professionals who focus on helping you regain independence in daily activities. They bring specialized expertise in working with clients across a variety of environments, from home modifications, NDIS participant support plans to workplace ergonomics.Occupational Therapists undertake needs assessments to determine individual requirements, develop and implement individual support plans to enhance daily living and independence.

We provide assessments for conditions often seen in medico-legal contexts, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Chronic Pain, Depression, Anxiety and Adjustment Disorders.

Treatment & Recovery plans

Our treatment planning is tailored to your unique needs and specific requirements. We offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other therapeutic methods designed to target your identified recovery goals.
